“We used Jeff for our pool certification for a rental property we have in the hawkesbury. We had used a different company prior to finding Jeff, the company we had engaged at 1st issued us with a list of non compliance issues that we rectified costing us a responsible amount of money and time, to then have them return and issue us another list of non compliance issues that they said they missed on the first inspection. Not to mention we where charged for each returned visit, to us we felt like we where going to be issued a non compliance just to get a returned inspection for us to pay for.
Once engaging Jeff he was more than happy to help us out from the start, with in 2 days of calling Jeff he had completed the pool inspection and rectified 1 minor non compliance for us (the pool fence was to low in one spot). Jeff also informed us that some of the things we had been told from the other company where not even a non compliance issue. After using Jeff I could not recommend him highly enough !
