Refunds and Cancellation Policy

1. If you can’t make a booked inspection time please contact us to reschedule as early as possible.

2. For the first reschedule we will not charge any additional fee, but if we continue to reschedule we may charge you a fee, which would be discussed with you at this time.

3. In most circumstances of a legitimate cancellation, we would offer a full refund if the Inspection was not able to be completed.

4. If you cancel do not arrive for an inspection that has been booked, you may be required to pay for an additional inspection. This would be discussed with you at the time.
